As much of the fruit and vegetables as possible are sourced from the Black Isle, where this is not possible we try to source as locally as possible.

Our cheeses are from Connage Highland Dairy at Ardersier, Highland Fine Cheeses at Tain, Isle of Mull Mature Cheddar and Killiechronan Sheeps Cheese also from Mull, Grimbister Farmshouse Cheese from Orkney as well as Orkney Cheddar.

Our Ice-cream is 'Orkney Ice Cream' and 'Fairburn Farmhouse Ice Cream' from Muir-of-Ord.

Our home-baking is made in Rosemarkie. We also have bread, rolls and cakes from the Avoch Bakery and the Cromarty Bakery.

We stock smoked meats & fish from Summer Isles Foods as well as Herring, Rollmops and Salmon Rolls from the Orkney Food Company.

Organic poultry is available, from Highland Organics at Nairn. Organic eggs come from Black Isle Organics at Rosemarkie.

Organic Beef, Lamb and Pork come from Black Isle Organics at Rosemarkie.

Oatmeal and muesli come from Spoff, at Invergordon.

Honey comes from Struan Apiaries at Conon Bridge. Preserves from Rose Cottage Country Kitchen at Nairn, alongside sauces from Moniack Castle Wineries at Kirkhill and Gillies Fine Foods at Dingwall.
