As much of the fruit and vegetables as possible are sourced from the Black Isle, where this is not possible I try to source as locally as possible.

Cheese is from Connage Highland Dairy at Ardersier, Highland Fine Cheeses at Tain, Isle of Mull Mature Cheddar, Kingdom Cottage Cheese from Fife, Anster Farmhouse Cheese, Grimbister Farmhouse Cheese from Orkney as well as Orkney Cheddar.
I have bread, rolls and cakes from the Avoch Bakery and the Cromarty Bakery.
I stock smoked fish, haggis, bacon & black pudding from Summer Isles Foods as well as Herring and Rollmops from the Orkney Food Company.
Organic eggs come from Black Isle Organics at Rosemarkie.
In the Freezer you will find Chicken, from Geddes Free Range at Nairn, Organic Lamb and Pork from Black Isle Organics at Rosemarkie, Beef from Broomhill Farm at Fortrose, The Really Garlicky Company Garlic Bread, Garlic Ciabatta, Eazy Garlic and Garlic Butter and a range of 'Orkney' Ice Cream.

Honey, Jam, Preserves and Sauces come from come from Struan Apiaries at Conon Bridge, Rose Cottage Country Kitchen at Nairn, Moniack Castle Wineries at Kirkhill and Gillies Fine Foods at Dingwall.
I stock Beef Jerky from 'Scottish Jerky' at Nairn, Stoats Porridge Oat Bars, Eat Natural Muesli Bars, Green & Blacks Chocolate, Divine Chocolate, Tablet, Fudge and Sugar Mice from Gordon & Durward of Crieff, RJ's Liquorice and Tyrrells Potato Chips and Dips.
